Our team’s paper on Human technology intermediation to reduce cognitive load: understanding healthcare staff members’ practices to facilitate telehealth access in a Federally Qualified Health Center patient population was nominated for the Diana Forsythe Award. The award is given to a publication that best exemplifies Diana Forsythe’s scholarship that intersected informatics and social sciences and is determined by a sub-committee of the AMIA Awards Committee and the AMIA People and Organizational Issues Working Group.
